Rental terms & liability

Rental period

The agreed pickup and return times determine your rental period. Rates and deposits are shown in USD. Rentals may be scheduled up to two weeks ahead for up to 30 days.

Safe use & condition

Only use equipment for its intended purpose, follow manufacturer instructions, and wear appropriate protective equipment. Stop using an item if it appears unsafe or damaged. Return all parts and accessories clean and in the condition received.

Deposits & fees

A refundable deposit is intended to be authorized rather than charged. The owner may assess manual late fees and seek deposit capture for damage, no-show, or non-return, subject to the final agreement and payment authorization limits.

Cancellation & liability

Cancellation, refunds, taxes, damage assessment, dispute handling, and the final liability waiver have not yet been approved. No paid bookings are accepted until these policies are finalized.
